You can get your license key (.lic) file using the steps below.

    Check your Installation ID

    After installing, check the Installation ID shown in the app.

  2. 02

    Send your purchase details + Installation ID

    Email your company name and purchase details (an order or contract reference, if you have one), along with your Installation ID, to sales_os@webgateinc.com.

  3. 03

    Receive your license key file

    After verification, we will email you a license key file (.lic).

  4. 04

    Register your license

    Register the license key file in the app to switch to a commercial license.

Where can I find my Installation ID?

You can find the Installation ID on the app's first-run screen or in the license registration dialog.

Can I continue a project I started during the trial after registering a commercial license?

Yes. Your saved project files are preserved, and once you register a commercial license you can use every feature, including export, on your saved projects.

Does a license key issued for an older version still work after upgrading?

Yes. License keys are issued per installed PC (Installation ID) and continue to work without reissue even after upgrading the app version.

I can't find my order or contract reference. What should I do?

Send us your Installation ID and buyer information at sales_os@webgateinc.com, and we'll help verify your purchase.
